Palm Heel Strike
Hammerfist to the Side
Drill: Groups of 3, one person striking the pad; when the other pad holder hits him, the defender must turn with a hammerfist and strike the new target using palm heel strikes and knees
Choke from the Front

Uppercut Punch
Combination: Left Jab/Right Uppercut
Combination: Left Uppercut/Right Cross
Fall Break
Groundwork: Choke from the Side
Drill: groups of 3; the defender practices the combinations; when the pad holder says “Down!” the defender makes a Fall Break, and the third person attacks with a choke.

Warm up with general combatives, including side kicks and back kicks
Drill: Interference Drill – 3 rounds! Alternate each person in groups of 3.

After practicing the basic technique, use Shocknives if you have them!
