Drill: Inside Defense v. Left or Right
Front Kick to the Groin
Drill: groups of three; non-stop groin kicks until instructor calls time, then immediately make defenses against straight punches

Focus Mitts: Left/Right Elbow
Focus Mitts: Right/Left Elbow
Elbow #3, Review
Combo: Elbow #3/Turn with Hammerfist/Knee
Bearhug Behind, Arms Free

Kness (no grab)
Thai Pads: combo #3 with knee
Thai Pds: combo #4 with knee
Ground – Escape from Full Moutn, Hands Pinned, Snow Angle
Knife – Downward Stab
Drill – groups of three; Escape from Full Mount, Hands Pinned, then stand up and make defense against Knife Downward Stab
