Combo: Left/Right/Right
Combo: Left/Left/Right
Hammerfist to the Side
Drill: groups of three; person in the middle practices the combos; at any time, the second pad holder calls out from the side; the striker must give Hammerfist to the Side and then continue the combos to that pad
Choke from Behind with a Push (practice turning both directions)

Thai Pads: Combos 1-4 with round kick
Bearhung From Behind, Arms Free
Choke Behind Against Wall
Drill: defender stands near wall; attacker makes either attack

Focus Mitts 3 rounds, include slipping punches
Hip Throw
Drill: clinch with partner, one person is the designated attacker and works for hip throws, but both throw light strikes
Gun from Behind at a Distance
Drill: groups of three; clinch work as above, but third person makes Gun from Behind threat to the designated attacker
