Straight Punches
Hammerfist to the Side
Drill: groups of 4, one person in the middle, 3 with pads; strike one pad until hit by someone else; turn with hammerfist and strike the new target, etc.
Ground – Side Position
Ground – Side Kick
Ground – Get Up
Drill: as above, but at any time a pad holder can say “down!” Defender must sit down into ground position, kick, and get up, then continue.

General striking to pads
Bearhug Behind (lifting)
Bearhug Front (lifting)
Choke from Behind with a Pull
Drill: groups of 4; one person in the middle; any of the above OR striking pads non-stop; eyes closed until attacked.

Thai Pads: Left/Right/block left round kick/Right/Left Hook/Right Kick
Thai Pads: Left/block right round kick/Left/Right/Left Round Kick
Handgun from Behind (Touching) (review)
Long Gun from Behind, Touching
Drill: hand gun or long gun from behind, touching
