Straight Punches
Elbows 4-7 (review)
Knees (review)
Choke from the Side
Ground – Side Position and Movement
Ground – Side Kick
Ground – Get Up
Drill: groups of 3; on the ground, defender moves to defend against pad holder; pad holder steps forward and defender kicks; defender gets up and punches pad; third person makes Choke from the Side

Side Kick
Back Kick
Fall Break
Ground – Elbow Escape from Full Mount
Drill: eyes closed; attacker give single for Side Kick or Back Kick OR attacker pushes defender; defender makes Fall Break, then escapes from Full Mount

Warm Up with Basic Strikes
Drill: defender makes short combinations of punches and kicks; when pad holder yells “Go!” the defender bursts forward with knees until the attacker says “Time!”
Bearhug from Behind, Arms Free (review)
Full Nelson – Finger Grab
Gun from the Front
Drill: eyes closed; attacker makes Bearhug from Behind, Arms Free OR Full Nelson OR Gun from the Front
