BEGINNER CLASS (A2)

NOTE: This class has two self defense techniques; be sure to get through the combatives quickly!

Knees

Drill: Knees across the room (2 rounds!)

Choke from Behind with a Push

Headlock from Behind

Drill: either attack from behind

 

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (C2)

Focus Mitts: Combo #8, add sprawl

Focus Mitts: Combo #9, add sprawl

Ground – Arm Bar from Guard

Ground – Guard Reversal

Drill: work for either technique from guard

 

ADVANCED CLASS (C2)

Thai Pads: Combo #8 with Round Kick

Thai Pads: Combo #9 with Round Kick

Ground – Arm Bar from Guard (review)

Ground – Leg Triangle from Guard

Single Leg Takedown

Drill: groups of four; start in guard, work for Triangle or Arm Bar; as you finish, a second attacker begins to strike you (light palm strikes); kick away first bad guy, make a Single Leg Takedown, and get up and strike a pad non-stop; reset.
