Combo: Left/Left/Right

Front Kick to the Groin

Round Kick

Drill: partner moves around room, gives targets for Front Kick or Round

Choke from the Front with a Push



Thai Pads: Combos 1-4 with round kicks (3 minutes)

Thai pads: Combos 1-4 with knees (3 minutes)

Headlock from Behind (review)

Reverse Headlock Standing (work both sides)



Drill Using Gloves as Focus Mitts (alternate so both people can train):

– Left/Right/slip right punch/Left Hook/Right Cross

– Left/cover v. right punch/Right/Left Uppercut/Right Cross

Knife – upward stab

Knife – off angle, upward stab

Drill: groups of three; two people do light sparing; third person attacks EITHER person with upward stab (call out name first)
