BEGINNER CLASS (B1)

Straight Punch (review)

Round Kick (both legs)

Combo #1 and 2

Headlock from Behind (advanced students, work both sides)

 

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B1)

Focus Mitts: Combo #8 (right uppercut/left hook/right cross)

Advancing Front Kick

Drill: eyes closed, shove, react with Advancing Front Kick

Choke from Behind with a Pull

 

ADVANCED CLASS (B1)

Thai Pads: Combo #6 with Round Kick

Sparring: 3 rounds of 2 minutes

Ground – leg triangle

Ground – arm triangle

Drill: groups of 3; start on ground and make leg triangle or arm triangle, get up, spar for 1 minute; reset
