360 (include counterattacks such as knees0

Drill: attacker makes Choke From Behind; Defender defends; attacker then steps back, and steps forward with 360 attack; Defender defends and finishes with knees



Striking: straight punches and round kicks, 2 rounds of 1 minute

Inside Defense (quick review)

Headlock from the Side

Defense v. Round Kick (shin block) – discuss making counterattacks after the defense

Drill (shin guards on): Attacker makes Headlock from the Side; Defender defends; Attacker breaks away and makes several two or three Straight Punches , then a Low Kick; Defender defends, and closes distance with punches and knees after the Low Kick



Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes, include round kicks and knees

Headlock From The Side – Neck Break

Knife Downward Stab

Drill: Attacker makes Downward Stab; Defender defends; attacker drops knife and transitions to Headlock From the Side (the defender might have to allow this); Defender makes Headlock From The Side, Neck Break defense
