BEGINNER CLASS (B2)

Combo: Left/Right/Right

Combo: Left/Left/Right

Elbows 1-3

Hammerfist to the Side

Drill: eyes closed; pad holder pushes with pad; defender must recognize the distance and give Elbow or Hammerfist, then continue with additional counterattacks.

Ground - Back Position and Movement

Ground - Get Up

Drill: as above, but sometimes the pad holder says "down" and the defender must drop down, move, then get up.

 

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (B2)

Thai Pads: 2 rounds of 3 minutes, combinations including kicks

Defense v. High Round Kick

Defense v. Front Kick (pluck/row)

Drill: right leg only, defend round kick or front kick

Drill: left leg only, defend round kick or front kick

Drill: defend left or right, front or round kick

Drill: light sparring with hands and ONLY round kicks

Drill: light sparring with hands and ONLY front kicks to body

 

ADVANCED CLASS (B2)

Sparring: 3 rounds with hands only

sparring; 3 rounds with hands and feet

Gun From The Front, assailant using left hand to control defender

Gun From The Front, assailant pushing, slapping, punching, etc.
