Drill : 30 seconds non-stop punching; 15 second rest; 30 seconds non-stop knees; do 2 rounds

Elbows 1-3

Drill: Elbow #3, turn and give knees

Choke From Behind



Inside Defense (review)

Outside Defense with Counter v. Right Punch

Drill: attacker makes straight punches; defender makes Inside Defense; when the attacker makes a wider right punch, the defender makes Outside Defense with Counter v. Right Punch, plus additional counterattacks.

Bearhug Behind, Arms Free

Drill: as above, but a third person attacks with Bearhug from Behind, Arms Free



Focus Mitts: 2 rounds of 3 minutes, emphasize head movement and footwork

Stick Overhead

Knife Overhead
