BEGINNER CLASS (B3)

Straight Punch – max punches in 30 seconds

Eye Strikes to rolled up shirts or Oranges (see video on website)

Knee – straight

Knee – round

Knee combo – straight/round same leg

Choke Behind with a Push

 

INTERMEDIATE (B3)

Drill: Left/Right/step back out of range/burst in with Left/Right again

Back Fall Break

Drill: partner holds a pad and pushes; defender makes Back Fall Break, then kicks and gets up

Ground – elbow escape (shrimping)

Drill: groups of three; one partner holds a pad and pushes; defender makes Back Fall Break, then kicks and gets up OR the second partner attacks and gets full mount; defender must escape and stand up.

 

ADVANCED (B3)

Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes with 30 seconds rest, any combinations

Double Leg Takedown

Thai pads: Left/Right/shoot for double leg

Hip Throw
