Combo: Front kick vertical target follow by L&R Combination, Drop levels and execute a Straight Punch Low.
Inside Defense v. Low punch

Defender; Eyes closed
Attacker; Choke from front or give a verbal cue, attack with either straight punch to the head or Low (to the body)
Attacker; make the appropriate defense.
Sprawl- Quick Review
Ground- Front Kick
Ground- Getting up
Drill: 2ppl/Large shield
Striker; non stop strikes on the pad. On command sprawl, get to your ground position, execute a front kick from the ground, quickly get up, get right back on the pad and continue with strike!
Defensive Back kick with a spin
Combo- Defensive Back kick with a spin followed by a knee strike.
Outside Defense v. Right Punch
Choke from the front Against the wall
Hair Grab Front
Rotating Drill: 3 ppl/ Large shield
Defender; back against the wall, eyes closed.
Pad Holder; stand at the opposite end of the room.
Attacker; Choke Front against the wall or Hair Grab Front.
Defender; Make the appropriate defense, get off the wall as quickly as possible, sprint towards pad holder, Muay Thai clinch, non stop knee strikes until pad holder call time! Then rotate.. (Defender is now the pad holder, Pad Holder is now the Attacker and Attacker is now the Defender)
Keep rotating until the instructor calls Time!
Ground- Escape from the Guard (gouge and stack)
Ground- Arm Lock from Side

Sliding Defense v. Spinning Heel Kick
Plucking/Rowing defense v. A Side Kick
Defender; eyes closed.
Attacker; give a verbal cue and execute a side kick or a spinning heel kick
Stick-Baseball bat swing
Drill: 2ppl/1 large shield
Defender- Muay Thai Clinch- Non stop knee strikes
Attacker- Give a verbal cue, attack stick- Overhead or baseball bat swing
Defender; make the appropriate defense and get right back on the pad!!
