Beginner (A1)
Punches- Straight
Drill- Punches/Sprint/Push ups
360 Defense
Choke from the side
Drill: Groups of 3; 10 burpees immediately followed by non stop punches on a pad, defend choke from the side or 360

Intermediate (A1)
Basic Punching and Kicking to large shield
Drill: “in” and “out” on instructors command, practicing distance continuum (kicks, punches, then elbows and knee, etc)
Ground-Forward Roll, Back Fall Break
Ground-Choke from the side
Drill: Defender; eyes closed, attacker; shove defender from behind, defender; forward roll, back fall break, attacker; immediately choke from the side on the ground. To maintain the surprise element in this drill, the attacker can mix in make any level one technique.

Gun from the Front
Gun from Behind (touching)
Gun from the Side of the Head
Interference Drill- Include Gun Threats
