BEGINNER CLASS (A1)

Straight Punches

Groin Kick (review)

Front Kick Vertical Target (make comparison to groin kick)

Drill: pad holder moves around, calls for Front Kick Vertical Target or Left/Right Combination

Choke from the Front (2 hands)

 

INTERMEDIATE CLASS (A1)

Straight Punches and Elbows – 30 seconds x 4 rounds

Advancing Front Kick

Forward Roll

Drill: push from behind, forward roll and turn to face attacker, advancing front kick OR punches

Headlock from the Side

 

ADVANCED CLASS (A1)

Thai Pads: 3 rounds of 2 minutes in opposite stance

Gun to the Side, Behind the Arm

Gun to the Side of the Head

Variation: Gun to the Side of Head, Behind Ear (roll head inward, use Gun from Behind technique)
